Americans mark 34 years
of Roe v. Wade

The 34th annual March for Life in Washington D.C. attracted at least 100,000 pro-lifers while the third annual Walk for Life West Coast in San Francisco grew to more than 20,000 people this year. Other communities across the country also held local demonstrations marking the anniversary of the 1973 Supreme Court decision legalizing abortion on demand. Since the infamous Court decision, at least 43 million unborn babies have been killed through surgical abortions in the United States.
