On Sunday August 9, pro-life activists from all over Ontario converged on the Marconi Club in London where David Peterson was holding his annual bake-out. They decided that, with the election campaign in full swing, Premier Peterson’s constituents should be aware that he allows legal aborturaries to continue to function in Ontario. About 100 activists conveyed the pro-life message and the media gave us good coverage.
On the way down to London, six people narrowly escaped injury, when the care they were traveling down in caught fire on the 401. The only casualty suffered was the loss of 60 picket sign. The care was a complete write-off.
