The Ontario Students’ for Life (OSFL annual Skate for Life) take place February 21-23, 1997, on the Rideau Canal in Ottawa.
The theme for this year’s skate is “Time to Take a Stand” and will feature Father Ted Colleton as speaker.
Organizers expect this year’s skate to be better than ever. With 250-300 young people expected to turn out, this weekend is sure to hold something for every young pro-lifer.
Young people are becoming more of a force in the Canadian pro-life effort.
There will be an effort to encourage young people to become more involved in the pro-life movement, along with the traditional skating and hot chocolate on the historic canal.
