Check out the just-launched “I am a Human Being”website. The messaging of the website, of course, is “I am a human being and was a human being from the very beginning.” It is relevant to the efforts of MP Stephen Woodworth to get a political discussion going that asks and answers the question “when does human life begin?” and examines the implications of modern science and medical information to current debates about human rights (and when they should begin). It’s a good site; please check it out. Please note the site uses science — facts and photos — and not moralizing to make the point that human life begins at conception. That is a scientific fact, not religious dogma.
