The second annual Real Life, Real Love young adult prolife rally in Ottawa attracted 90 young people for a gathering to meet with fellow pro-lifers and learn from the experience of four inspirational speakers.
A highlight of the January 25-26 event was speaker Brian Clowes, director of Human Life International’s Pro-Life/Family Institute, who demonstrated the importance of knowing true abortion statistics to influence government policy.
Hellen Pendley, the former administrator of an abortion clinic, shared her conversion experience and how God brought her to the pro-life movement.
The founder of The Challenge Team, Rebecca Morcos, shared many experiences they had while travelling across Canada since 1993. Rebecca kept the audience laughing while describing the techniques the team incorporated to spread the message of chastity.
