On May 14, approximately 70 pro-lifers witnessed outside 14 Division in support of PC David Packer – the constable who refused to guard the illegal abortuary. The witness coincided with Police Week and when a heavy thunderstorm cut short the witness, the police invited us into the police station for coffee.
Joanne Dieleman was in court for “trespassing” a few weeks ago and was found not guilty. Sometimes justice does prevail.
An article in the Toronto Star on April 18 made unsubstantiated allegations against the 85 Harbord St. Witnesses for Life. A letter has been sent to the Star asking for redress. We are awaiting the outcome.
Frank Roti, a teacher at Pope Paul Secondary School brought his class down to 85 Harbord to witness for life early in May.
