There is a story in the September issue about The Interim co-sponsored Fr. Ted Essay contest. High school students can earn serious dough (first prize is $1500, with second and third prizes of $800 and $500 respectively) by writing an 800-1000 word essay on the topic of “Is there cause for pro-life optimism regarding the abortion issue in Canada?” If you know any pro-life high school students, please pass this information/link onto them. Winners are published in the paper in the Spring.
