Children of God for Life, which tracks the use of fetal tissue in pharmaceutical and other products, announced yesterday that Neocutis is using aborted fetal cell lines in some of their anti-aging skin creams. GGL wants people to contact the company and their investors — both of which are good things — but merely publicizing it should hurt sales because the whole idea of a vanity product being based on aborted babies would be considered distasteful or gross to many people.
Neocutis defends itself:
Originally established for wound healing and burn treatments, today this same cell bank also provides a lasting supply of cells for producing Neocutis’ proprietary skin care ingredient Processed Skin Cell Proteins (PSP®). No additional fetal biopsies will ever be required.
But the cell bank is fruit of the poisonous tree.
