Licence granted

For the first time in the history of the regional municipality of Ottawa-Carleton, a picket licence has been issued into in perpetuity.  It was granted to Action Life here to protest every Sunday afternoon outside the Civic Hospital in Ottawa.  Two- year-old Timmy Mountain picks up the march here.
